The recently completed Smith Street Lofts is set to open in Spring 2022. Edison Properties has taken a former Manitoba Housing building on 185 Smith Street in Downtown Winnipeg, and transformed it into a state of the art apartment complex with a vision for the new lifestyle of living.

Join us on March 22, 2022 at the Winnipeg Construction Association for a panel style presentation from The Owner (Edison Properties), Designer (MMP Architects), and Construction Manager (Akman Construction) on the vision, design and execution of this remarkable building.
