Join YCLM for a site tour of 300 Main, followed by appetizers, drinks and networking at the brand new Earl’s location inside the building.

300 Main is a 580,000 square foot commercial and residential/multi-family development project located at the iconic intersection of Portage and Main in downtown Winnipeg, Manitoba.  300 Main will be 40-storey best-in-class amenity-rich apartment building with main floor commercial space.

The project provides access to Winnipeg’s skywalk system and is connected to 330 Main, a state-of-the-art multi-tenant retail property constructed in 2020, 360 Main, a 30-storey Class A office tower and the Winnipeg Square Parkade, all assets that are owned by Artis.  Upon completion, this development together with 300 Main and 360 Main will span nearly an entire city block.

PPE/COVID-19 Compliance: All guests will need to be wearing steel-toe boots, hard hats and high-vis. Additionally, masks are required at all time when on-site and guests will be required to complete a health check-in before entering the site.
