Join YCLM and TDS Law for a two-part event with a knowledge-based classroom learning session and networking to follow.

The first part of the event will delve into common construction contract terms before providing an update on the new prompt payment regime coming to Manitoba. 

TDS will present on a number of common terms used in construction contracts (such as CCDC contracts), with a focus on key terms to be aware of. They will then outline the key aspects, implications, and benefits of prompt payment legislation, as well as the impact on all stakeholders involved in the construction industry. This session will benefit owners, general contractors, subcontractors and design professionals alike.
