Join YCLM for a site tour of the next True North tower being constructed at True North Square. The tower is part of an overall development led by True North Real Estate Development, and will be fit-up entirely by Wawanesa Insurance as their new North American Headquarters. The new 23-storey state-of-the-art office tower located in the heart of downtown Winnipeg will have one level underground parking and feature a cast-in-place concrete structure founded on a combination of driven steel H-Piles and rock-socketed caissons, a triple-pane curtainwall exterior and a modern lobby with a floating feature staircase between the second and third floors.  Building amenities also include a floor reserved entirely for gym and wellness facilities and outdoor parks on level 6 and level 21 – to name a few.  The base building structure is on track to receive LEED Gold for BD+C:  Core and Shell, and the Premises Fit-Up is set to achieve a Gold Rating under the WELL v2 Q3 2021.
