Join YCLM for a Site Tour of The Halo, located at 3015 and 3025 Pembina Highway and offering 400+ luxury rental units and 8,400+ square feet of commercial retail space. The Halo will deliver a highly curated selection of 1, 2, and 3 bedroom "built-for-rent" apartments. Meticulously designed by local firm Affinity Architecture in collaboration with the Owner and Developer Private Pension Partners, and Contractor M-Builds, the building is constructed with a Hambro steel framing system, and prefabricated Durabond exterior wall panels. Suites are heated and cooled via individual fan coils tied into a 4-pipe hydronic system throughout the buildings. The top 4 floors of each building feature 12- 2 story penthouse suites, with internal staircases and a private rooftop terrace.

Following the tour we’ll be heading to The Nob for drinks, appetizers and networking.
