Join YCLM for a tour of the newly completed Porsche Dealership in the Seasons of Tuxedo. The tour will highlight the state of the art showroom and service shop which has recently opened its doors to the public. The tour will be hosted by the project general contractor Ledcor Construction as well as the project architect Ray Wan Architects. (Sorry - we won’t be test driving the cars!)

Following the tour YCLM will be hosting a networking event with drinks and appetizers at the Frankie’s Italian Kitchen & Bar across the street from the dealership.

This state of the art 32,000SF luxury dealership is Winnipeg’s newest and advanced facility in the growing higher end market. The Porsche brand, recognized worldwide, was closely watched by all parties involved across Canada and the world with coordinated services stretching to Germany. The building features a full-fledged automotive showroom displaying the Porsche lineup, a coffee bar, customer lounge, and higher end finishings with an open concept. The 7-bay service shop features in ground two piston hoists, a full alignment station, tire change room, vehicle turntable, and 4 bay carwash and detailing station. The building features 1 of 10 available in Canada DC charging bank systems along with 5 AC charging stations for electric and hybrid vehicles.

Representatives from Ledcor Construction and Ray Wan Architects will be on hand to guide the tour and answer any questions.
