YCLM Refund Policy

Events

YCLM will not refund event purchases - but if you're unable to make an event you've purchased admission for we are happy to credit you with admission to a future event of your choosing. YCLM also welcomes substitutions in your place - we just ask that you let us know ahead of time.

Please note this does not apply to same-day cancellations or no-shows - no refund will be issued in this case.
