The new Payworks Head Office is a corporate office project located in Winnipeg's Waverley West neighbourhood. The 4-Storey 93,000 Sqft building sits in the centre of an 8 acre site, with a 330 stall parking structure to the North, and a naturalized landscape stretching along the South and West edges of the property. Payworks' people-first approach is embedded throughout the design, from the diversity of workspace, collaboration, and meeting spaces, to the numerous indoor and outdoor amenities located throughout the project.
