Tour of Holz Construction – Holz’ vision is to make architecturally designed prefab homes affordable. The HOLZ HOUSE a flat-packed, made-to-order panelized house that doesn’t sacrifice design. Our founder developed and refined our panel process after researching prefab and building techniques all over the world—specifically from factory tours of Prefab Panel Facilities in Germany .

Tour of Cornerstone Timberframes: Cornerstone Timberframes is a family-run business dedicated to building custom timber frame structures of exceptional quality and beauty for clients across North America. The Cornerstone team is made up of dedicated, creative, detail-obsessed craftspeople. We enjoy discovery and learning new techniques and are always asking how we can improve what we do. The tour will showcase Cornerstone’s process, and one of Canada’s largest and most advanced solid wood CNC machines – the Hundegger K2i.
